Sol Sin Fronteras: Bringing Sustainable Energy to Schools in Cuba

Sol Sin Fronteras: Bringing Sustainable Energy to Schools in Cuba

A stable learning environment depends on more than books and teaching materials. Lighting, fans, educational equipment, and many daily school activities all rely on access to electricity.

With the goal of helping create more stable learning conditions for students in Cuba, the Sol Sin Fronteras project was developed to bring solar energy solutions to educational institutions.

TBSolaro directly participates in the implementation and installation of the systems, supporting the fundraising initiative and helping create long-term value for local communities.

From One School to a Growing Initiative

Vo Thi Thang Primary School in Havana was one of the starting points of the project.

From there, the initiative has continued to expand to other educational institutions, with the goal of gradually bringing solar energy systems to around 20 schools in Cuba.

The systems are designed to support essential school needs and help teaching and learning activities continue more steadily during interruptions in the power grid.

The Value of Energy Can Be Seen in Every Classroom

In an educational environment, the value of solar energy goes beyond system capacity or electricity generation.

Its impact can be seen in everyday moments: classrooms remain lit, fans continue running, educational equipment can still be used, and teachers and students gain greater continuity in their daily activities.

These practical improvements help create a more stable and supportive learning environment.

Energy That Connects and Creates Shared Value

Sol Sin Fronteras represents more than an energy project.

It brings together organizations, businesses, and communities with a shared goal of improving learning conditions for children in Cuba.

For TBSolaro, every installed system is not only a technical solution but also part of a broader journey to bring clean energy closer to everyday life.

Each school with more stable access to electricity means more students can learn in better conditions.
